One offer pays more. Another is remote. Both mention options, but neither explains their value. Career → Offers puts the terms side by side so you can see what is known and what you still need to ask.

Save each offer

  1. Open the relevant application’s Messages tab.
  2. Paste the offer’s terms and select Read it for me.
  3. Review the proposed offer information against the original message or document.
  4. Select the offer change you want to keep, then choose Apply … change(s).
Repeat for the other application. Written and verbal offers can both be saved. If a term was read incorrectly, clarify the pasted terms and generate a corrected proposal before saving it. You can delete an unwanted saved version from Saved, with Undo. Saving terms records an offer; it does not accept it or reply to the employer.

Choose the offers to compare

Open Career → Offers. Select the company heading on either side to choose a saved offer and its version. Swap exchanges the sides. If you have only one offer, you can still review its missing details while the other side is empty.
Brightpath and Canopy Systems offers compared across salary, bonus, equity, location, leave, learning budget, benefits and deadlines, with unknown bonus and uncertain equity highlighted

Both offers clear the salary preference, but their office arrangements and unknown terms differ. Bonus and equity remain separate from base salary.

Read differences carefully

Compare base salary, bonus, equity, where you work, leave, learning budget, other benefits and response deadlines.
  • Money stays in the offer’s original currency and pay period. Differences are shown only when those terms match.
  • Unknown means the offer does not state the term; it does not mean zero.
  • A conditional bonus is still conditional. Equity wording is not a confirmed cash value.
  • Totals are not added together. Read the original documents before treating several figures as one package.
The comparison itself uses saved data and makes no AI request.

Check what matters to you

Your requirements uses preferences from Career → Knowledge → Preferences, such as minimum base salary, locations and maximum office days. Keep them current before comparing. A higher salary may still come with more office days than you want. A remote offer may leave its working hours or travel expectations unstated. Write down what would change your choice.

Ask about missing terms

Under Not in either offer yet, read the suggested questions and who should answer them. Use Copy questions to take them to your own email or notes. Copied questions include their intended recipients. Offer selections stay with the coaching conversation in this browser when you return through Recent; review the context chip before sending another message. Choose Plan what to ask to open the coach with both offers as context. Review its context and privacy line before sending. You can ask for a conversation plan or a negotiation draft; you decide what to send and which offer to choose. If updated terms arrive, save another offer version and compare that version. The comparison does not replace the original offer documents or record an acceptance on your behalf.
